One of the most important aspects to GreenGate living is its communal spaces, designed to give residents a place to relax and space to enjoy away from their apartment.

The on-site gymnasium features state of the art equipment and facilities, while the landscaped courtyard provides open green space in the heart of the city.

The Residents’ Lounge has been designed to give residents a place to connect and interact to develop a community atmosphere within GreenGate.

It offers complimentary tea and coffee as well as a screening area to watch major events. A private Facebook group is also accessible to all residents to keep up-to-date with exclusive events and offers available across the city.

Flexible on-site parking is also available to residents on a per night, per week and per month basis, making it easier for you if you don’t require parking all year round.

The on-site gymnasium makes it easy to keep fit and healthy. With state of the art equipment, air conditioning, Sonos music system, and accessible 24/7 there is no need to look elsewhere for exercise.

A walk along New Cathedral Street has shoppers spoilt for choice with designer brands at Harvey Nichols and Selfridges & Co, Burberry, Michael Kors and Hugo Boss, while Manchesterʼs Arndale Centre and Market Street are home to big high street names including an Apple store and Urban Outfitters.

For quirky indie shopping, the Northern Quarter – home to the famous Afflecks Palace – is perfect for unique gifts and vintage, and boasts some of Manchesterʼs best coffee shops such as Takk and North Tea Power. At night, like the rest of this truly 24/7 city, the Northern Quarter transforms into a buzzing hub of restaurants.

Manchester diners can enjoy everything from street food to the eclectic restaurants of Spinningfields and fine dining at the renowned Manchester House and The French by Adam Reid. Theatre and music lovers have a range of venues for all tastes, including Bridgewater Hall, The Royal Exchange and The Lowry located in Media City; Manchester Arena, Manchester Academy and the O2 Apollo. For exhibitions, installations and independent cinema, head to galleries and museums such as HOME, MOSI and The Whitworth.
